Upcoming Exponent Philanthropy Conference

Exponent Philanthropy’s 2022 Annual Conference will be held on October 10-12th in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Brittany Kienker, Principal and Owner of Kienker Consulting, will be presenting the session, “The Art and Science of Streamlined Foundation Operations,” co-produced by the Council of Michigan Foundations and Exponent Philanthropy. Open to foundation executives, trustees, and staff, this session will be held on Monday, October 10th at 2:00pm.

Session Description: Foundation staff and board wear multiple hats and balance a variety of responsibilities – advancing grantmaking while maintaining operations. Learn to distinguish between optional and mandatory operational activities across the areas of board governance, finance, human resources, and more.
